[009xPKMN] Speed Boost

Out of all of them, he's the only one with an actual game-accurate Mega Ring.  Considering this is Joe Shimamura, the hero, why wouldn't he?

From top clockwise: Kubinoko (Mega Lucario♀), Shirakaze (Gallade♂), Matsurizaa (Sceptile♂), Tamahiko (Togetic♂), Atomu (Luxio♂), and Raiden (Jolteon♂).

Matsurizaa, Tamahiko and Atomu were his since his 10th birthday, Kubinoko is a successor to Kubikuro (also a Lucario, who went into a blood frenzy after Black Ghost experimented on her for Mega Evolution and 009 was forced to put a laser blast into her head), and Shirakaze was once 0013's Pokémon, given to 009 upon his death.  Raiden was the first living being he saw after waking up in Black Ghost, as an Eevee, and had to evolve him during the escape as per 001's urging.
